Wizard Plumbing & Drain asked me for help to move away from their outdated and less defined identity. Their goal was for me to create something more inviting, memorable, and full of character that stood out against competitors.

After researching branding of competitors in the area, I realized that a way for the brand to stand out was to lean into the idea of friendliness and approachableness. I also used a warm, coastal-inspired color palette reminiscent of the company’s location in the Bay Area. My character and logo design held onto elements of the previous design while moving into a more consistent line weight and look. I strove to create a balance between fun and trust to help the brand connect with customers.
